As a SureSMS customer, you log in to our web portal. From here it is possible to see all the messages you have sent (and received if you have a 2-way solution).

You can see the status of each message. By status we mean that you can see when the message was received on our server, when we sent it to the operator and when the operator delivered it to the phone. In other words, you can see exactly where all your messages are at all times.

You always have a complete log of how many messages have been sent and their status.

  • See all sent messages

    You always have an overview of how many messages you have sent, to whom and what the status of each message is. Is it scheduled, queued, on its way, delivered or has the delivery failed. 

  • Filter on status

    In the log, you also have the option to filter messages according to their status. This means that you can, for example, create a filter that shows all the messages that have failed. You can then review them and make sure you have the correct numbers of your recipients.

  • Check if links are enabled

    If you have sent a link or file in the SMS message, you can see if the link has been opened and when. You can also filter the messages where the link has been opened, for example. 

  • Export all your messages

    If you need to continue working with your messages in another system, you can easily select the messages you want to continue working with and export them to e.g. Excel. 

  • Details about each message

    Next to each message you can see all the details about it. How long it was, how much it cost, when we received it, when it was delivered to the phone and much more.

Here you can read some examples of how our customers today get value from our Log and Reporting module:

  • One of our customers is SMS reseller. Every quarter, he retrieves an extract of the messages his customers have sent via our Gateway. He can then easily sort the SMSes by sender and invoice each customer according to usage. This saves on administration.
  • A car dealership, uses our reporting module every month to create an extract of how many SMS messages each of his salespeople have sent. This way, he can see which of his employees are the most active in terms of customer contact via SMS. The more active salespeople, the more sales.
  • And many of our customers use it to cross-check that the number of messages they've sent matches the number their own system says they've sent. That way they can be sure that the quality is fine.
