Send SMS from Zapier

Once you have connected your Zapier account with your SureSMS account, you can set up so-called "Zaps". These are automated tasks that are performed when something happens in your order system, on your website, in your membership system or another system. Examples of SMS broadcasts can be:

When you receive an important email from a specific sender, you can set up a Zap to send you a text message immediately so you can quickly respond to the important message.
When you receive an order or payment on your e-commerce platform, such as WooCommerce or Shopify, you can create a Zap that sends you a text message to confirm and process the order quickly.
When you have an appointment or meeting, you can create a Zap that sends you a text message reminder so you don't forget.
When you want to follow up on a specific task or project, you can set up a Zap that sends you a daily or weekly text message with an overview.

Manage contacts

You can also create a setup in Zapier (a Zap) that allows contacts to be added and removed in SureSMS when they are added or removed from lists in other systems.

For example, the contact might sign up in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Drip or another system. When this happens, a Zap can make sure the contact is also created in SureSMS. You can then send an SMS to the entire list. We have made sure that if a person unsubscribes via SMS, SureSMS will not send SMS to that person anymore.

The option to remove the person from a single list or delete the person completely is also available. This allows you to send SMS broadcasts to entire SMS groups in SureSMS and automate in SureSMS.

It is an advantage for you that the SMS gateway you connect to is in Denmark (or Norway and Sweden) because these gateways often have better connections to the Danish operators.
