In addition, we have a much better delivery reliability in Northern Europe than ActiveCampaign and cheaper prices.
Klaviyo <-> SureSMS
If you use Klaviyo for your marketing, we've made it incredibly easy for you to integrate SMS into your campaigns. Unfortunately, although Klaviyo has a built-in SMS feature, it doesn't support sending to Denmark and other Nordic countries. It also doesn't support opt-out, attachments and sender ID. With our SMS solution, you can benefit from better delivery reliability in Northern Europe and cheaper prices.
MailChimp <-> SureSMS
If you use MailChimp for your marketing, we've made it incredibly easy for you to integrate SMS into your campaigns. Read about our MailChimp solution here.
GoHighLevel <-> SureSMS
If you use GoHighLevel for your marketing, we've made it incredibly easy for you to integrate SMS into your campaigns. Although Klaviyo has a GoHighLevel SMS feature, it unfortunately doesn't support opt-out, attachments and sender ID. It's also quite expensive.
Drip <-> SureSMS
If you're using Drip for your marketing, take a look here. Although Drip works with SMS features, they are not as extensive and do not work in Denmark. With our SMS solution, you can benefit from better delivery reliability in Northern Europe and cheaper prices.

#1 Promotions and offers
This feature is one of the most popular when it comes to SMS automation. With this feature, your business can send SMS messages to a specific customer segment or list of customers, informing them of special offers on products or services that they are interested in.
For example, you can attach a discount code or even a link in your SMS that takes the customer directly to your webshop where they can shop at a discount.
#2 Follow-ups and alerts
Follow-ups or alerts work really well if you want to generate additional sales. For example, this could be for items that have been out of stock but are now back in stock. Here you can let consumers on the waiting list know that the item is back in stock. It can also be a reminder that someone has booked a table in your restaurant or similar.
#3 Feedback and answers
Surprisingly few businesses make sure to get feedback from customers who have shopped with them - even though this feedback can be extremely valuable. The solution is to set up the feedback function in your SMS automation. This can be done via NPS, for example, where the customer is asked to provide feedback after they have shopped or perhaps spoken directly with the company.
A good way to do this is to ask the customer to rate their experience from 1-10. It's quick and easy, and in our experience, the response rate is often over 50 % on this type of message.
#4 Abandoned basket and winback flows
A final, but also incredibly underrated SMS feature is to create automation flows such as abandoned cart and winback. An abandoned cart flow ensures that if a customer has left the cart without shopping, they are reminded that the items are still in the cart and that they can continue shopping. Winback is an automatic SMS sent to previous customers who haven't shopped for a while. This is incredibly smart, as it's generally easier to reactivate old customers than to persuade new ones to shop with you.
