SMS in CAS Booking System

CAS booking system has made a turnkey integration to SureSMS. This means that with just a few clicks you can get SMS support in your CAS booking system.

There are already a number of customers using the solution and it is tried and tested and works perfectly. The customers who use the solution today use it as a supplement to the app that already exists on the CAS booking system. If a shift is very difficult to book or it is an urgent task, SMS can provide a better response rate than sending the shift out on the app.

CAS has developed a booking system to help planners cover vacant shifts in an efficient and smart way. In the system, you can create shifts for both your permanent staff and your 'own' temporary staff on the wards.

Schedulers create shifts in the web part or via an associated 'scheduler' app. Once the shift is created, it is sent to the 'temp' app, where temps are notified of the available shift.

Personalized SMS

CAS offers to personalize your SMS messages so you can include information about the shift you want to fill. Or you can write the name of the person you're texting to make it more personal and relevant to respond to.
