SMS templates
Many of our customers frequently send the same type of messages to customers or business partners over and over again. It's a good idea to take advantage of the ability to create templates in our SMS system.
With a template, you can save time and ensure that all your users get the very best service!
A template is a text that you can use many times. Instead of writing the message every time you need to send it, you can create a so-called template. Once you have created the template, you can select it from a list and the message you have chosen will automatically be sent.

Over the years, we have developed many great services for our SMS gateway, and we are constantly working to improve them and keep them updated so they work. The "Templates" feature is just one of many.

Different templates
It's possible to create all the templates you need. For example, if you need to send a message "Remember your appointment..." but also need to send a message "Your goods have arrived...", you simply create two different templates.
From our website, it's simple to create, edit and delete templates for all kinds of purposes. And there is an unlimited number of templates for any purpose.

The faster shared drives etc. are disconnected from the network, the less damage is done. The monitoring uses email2SMS to send an SMS to the municipality's supporters so they can react as quickly as possible and limit the damage.
- Among our customers are several major computer and electronics companies that have integrated our e-mail2SMS solution into their systems. The systems send an SMS to customers about the status of their service case.
- The same easy-to-integrate feature is used by several insurance companies to send status notifications to customers about their claims and other insurance matters.
