    Outbox

The outbox contains messages that have been sent or are ready to be sent. Basically, it looks like this. You can watch a short video below that describes how the outbox works. But you can also read about each point further down.

    Columns

To number: Contains the number the message is sent to.

Message: The actual message that has been sent. Please note that the text does not necessarily reflect how the text looks on the phone. Phones can format messages differently, so it depends on the recipient's phone exactly how it looks.

Time: It's either the time when the message was sent or when it is scheduled to be sent.

Send: Click on the icon to quickly get to New message and send a new message to the same recipient.

OK: Visual description of the status of the message. If it is green, it means that the message has been sent. Yellow means the message is on its way. If it is red, it means that it cannot be delivered. A blue arrow moving around means that it has not yet been sent.

Status: A description of the status of the message. Hover your mouse over the description for an elaboration.

Info: Click on the arrow to see a detailed description of the message.

Search: In the top bar you can search the messages you have sent. The search is limited to the date range that is set.

Date: You will only see messages in the date range you have selected. Both dates are included in the list.

Per page:  Sets how many messages you want per page. You can switch to the next page with the arrows at the bottom of the page.

Filter: If you want to filter messages by e.g. status or whether links have been visited, you can use this feature.

Choice: By marking a message with a checkmark to the left of the message, you can delete, resend or export the messages.
