    Create new message

Let's start by looking at the new message sending screenshot. Below you can see the full screenshot of New message. The following explanation refers to this screen and the different elements in it.

    New message screenshot

Country code: Select the country code of the recipient. If you select from groups in the Address Book, this field is not used as each contact in the Address Book has its own country code. If you just want to enter a number in the recipient field, the country code must be correct. The system remembers the country code from time to time.

Phone number: Here you type the phone number. Without spaces, hyphens or anything else. You can also paste. For example, you can select many numbers from Excel and put them all in this field.

Message: Here you write the message itself. Below the message you can see how many characters you've typed, how many SMSes it will result in and how much it costs to send the message.

    Using templates

It is possible to create templates in the system. Templates are standard messages that are stored in the system and can be selected when sending a message. For example, it could be "Remember your appointment tomorrow". You can then simply select the correct template and press send.

In the menu, select New message

Click on the Choice to the right above the message field itself

    Click on the Manage templates

Now you can create, edit and delete the templates.

When you need a template, do the same but select Use template in the menu. Then select the template you want to use and click ok.

    Create incoming phone number

If you want to receive reply SMS directly on the SureSMS platform or on an email, you need a two-way SMS solution. There is no termination on a number.

Log in to your SureSMS account here : https://app.suresms.com

    Delete incoming phone number

If you no longer need an incoming SMS number, it's a good idea to delete it. This will prevent your recipients from sending to you by mistake and save you money. Read below how to delete an incoming SMS number.
