Why we choose hosted SIM and VLN numbers
Technically, there are various options for creating a solution where the recipient can reply to your messages.
One option in the market is to use so-called media codes and shortcodes. Using a 4-digit media code and a password, customers can respond to your messages, for example, if you have a cheese shop, you get the media code "Cheese". When someone sends a message to a short code - e.g. 9944, they have to type "OST" first and then the message afterwards.The problem with this solution is that it's complex for the customer. I mean, come on! Who knows they have to type OST? Your message will sound like this: "Dear Signe. The items you ordered have arrived. To reply to this message, please send an SMS to 9944 with the word OST followed by the message."
In addition to being complicated and with a high risk of communication errors, it is an expensive solution to implement. At Sure SMS, we believe in making it easy and profitable for our customers.

Our 2-way SMS solution
With Sure SMS, you receive your reply on a mobile number that is only yours. This means that you receive ALL messages written to this number. When you send your message out, it is sent from the same number. It's simple communication for the customer with a much smaller margin of error.
You write: "Dear Signe. The items you ordered have arrived." If Signe wants to reply to the message, she simply press "reply" and type the answer.
